Rachel received her Bachelors degree in Human Development and Family Studies where she developed a passion for understanding the complexity of the human experience. This opened the door for her to pursue a Master of Social Work degree and become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She also finished her training at the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals as a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist. Because of her training and 5-years of experience specific to sex and relational issues, she has developed a broad set of skills to treat many types of mental health struggles.
Fred has dedicated his professional career through education, training, and real-life episodes to help children, adolescents, and family members with behavioral episodes, relationships, trauma, addiction, suicidal ideation and other life changing events. We see much disparity in our society. This imbalance distorts our thinking, our behavior, and we may find that our choices are not consistent with who we really are. We all have great human traits like rationalization and denial, but more often they are replaced by guilt and shame when confronted or validated by those we love or respect. Fred helps his clients bring their perception of self in line with our actions, finding greater peace and confidence to move forward.

Christina is educated in Anthropology and Social Work, earning a master’s degree in Clinical Social Work. She has a long-standing personal practice of meditation, mindfulness, and yoga, tools which she’s able to share with her clients.
Through his training as a social worker, Ethan has experienced and used a variety of effective skills, including mindfulness and mind-body based interventions such as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and lifespan integration (LI). Adam is AMFT, CSAT-C, EMDR trained, and trauma trained. He’s dedicated his training and experience to helping men of all ages overcome the blocks that keep them disconnected from themselves or their partners; whether it is being stuck in a frustrating cycle of repeating the same mistakes over and over to struggling with infidelity, porn addiction or sexual trauma. His therapeutic approach is based on his own life experiences; the wins and loses as well as the pain and joy.
